SolarCare is EcoSoch’s Operations & Maintenance team that performs a host of activities after project commissioning. Even during project execution, SolarCare has a major role to play with respect to Quality Assurance – like Design review, Inspection of installation and Takeover of system after all punch points are cleared.

Once the project is handed over, it is the responsibility of SolarCare team to ensure that the system is up & running during the workmanship warranty period (typically 2 years) after which the customer can opt for AMC. The below services would be offered by SolarCare:

SolarCare” envisages a comprehensive and smart solution for asset management and performance enhancement of solar power plants. Presently, the Indian solar industry is growing at more than 50% CAGR and hence there is a pressing need to introduce the latest tools and techniques for maintaining the plants covering the entire spectrum from Cleaning of panels, Inspection, Diagnosis of under-performance using tools like Thermal imaging with drones, EL imaging, Revamp, Remote monitoring, etc.

Remote Monitoring

Dedicated team available for remote monitoring. Remote monitoring device can be fixed to older systems so that customer can monitor their generation – anywhere, anytime.

Primarily, SolarCare’s scope includes providing Preventative and Breakdown Maintenance service as defined below:

Preventive Maintenance

SolarCare’s service engineer shall typically visit the site once a quarter as part of scheduled visits for carrying out preventive maintenance on the Solar PV System. This includes maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts / sub-assemblies. The preventive maintenance report shall be furnished.

Breakdown Maintenance

SolarCare shall carry out all breakdown maintenance after receiving information (written or oral) from the customer or their representatives. SolarCare’s service engineer shall carry out the required repairs of the Solar PV System and inform the customer about the status of site. If required, EcoSoch shall also engage and coordinate with the support team of the component manufacturer to resolve the issue or replace the component. The breakdown maintenance report shall be submitted.
