The solar was considered at the initial stages of the building of this residence in the peaceful gated community around north Bangalore. The system sizing was done to make use of the favourable policy of BESCOM & also to take care of any potential rise in electricity consumption. Planning for solar in the initial phases of building construction ensured that there was ample space on the flat roof without the need of an elevated structure.
