How do we do it ?

Ever wondered, How a Solar company manages and handels a project? How are they effectively able to install a power plant on your rooftop?

Well like any other business solar EPC company do have many activities happening in the background. We are here to make it easy for you to understand some aspects of it.

Some of the process we follow at EcoSoch Solar so that the installation process is seamless :
  • Coordination within the teams on various milestones.
  • Daily updates in form of report ( once the installation starts )
  • Updating the customer of the progress so that project flow is transparent.
  • Arranging for the safety of the personnel who will be working at site.
  • Arranging the resources and handling them safely.
  • Checking the Health condition of the personnels.

Initial Approvals

The very first step in any solar grid tied system is approval for net metering. At EcoSoch Solar we have a team to handle this process and get the approval for the customer. The idea is to save customers time and give him a seamless experience.

Next Steps :

These steps or processes are being followed before we physically install the system at site.
  • Have to understand customers requirements and project details. This step is to be checked with project managers.
  • Scheduling the project. Installation team along with project managers have a discussion on various milestones of the project. All the activities are set up with deadlines.
  • Visiting the site with the sales lead, preparation team and engineering team.
  • Technical site visit reports are prepared and before sharing it with customers internally these reports are reviewed .
  • Once the customer gives a go ahead for the technical site visit report we assign individuals with tasks.
  • These tasks are preparing the 3-D drawings, engineering drawings and other relevant documents.
Here’s a list of drawings which engineering  team is suppose to provide to the installation team:
  • Cover page
  • SLD
  • Module Mounting Layout.
  • Earthing strip and earthing pit details.
  • Earthing layout.
  • String layout and string details.
  • Equipment mounting layout.
  • Communication layout.
These above mentioned drawings will be approved by the Solar Care team and project engineers. Only once the drawings are approved the project moves further.

Next step :

Next step is preparing the BOM by a preparation team and shared with the project engineer for approvals. Once these approvals are in place BOM is shared with the supply chain manager and procurement team. They arrange for all  materials and handle the logistic parts. Loading of material and delivering at site is responsibility of the procurement team. They have to make sure the materials are handled properly and kept with safety at site.
