How solar panel issues are resolved by EcoSoch’s in-house service team – SolarCare
To reap the full benefits of the solar investment, regular maintenance and professional support are essential. SolarCare provides solutions to issues like internet connectivity, generation issues, component failure or any issue with electricity bill and BESCOM.
SolarCare has a systematic approach to solving any issue. Upon receiving a call from the client regarding a particular issue, the SolarCare team raises a ticket in their internal SolarCare app by collecting the necessary information. In this scenario, the SolarCare team received a call from our client – Prestige Kensington Garden Apartments.
Once the SolarCare personnel is notified they locate the client on internal database.
All the details regarding the client are found on the internal database.
The SolarCare team finds the type of inverter installed in the system and navigates to the inverter portal. In this case, the type of inverter is SolarEdge.
Now they go onto the SolarEdge inverter portal to locate the client’s solar system.
Once the client is located, the SolarCare team will be able to find the problem upon further investigation.
Details regarding the performance are visible and in this case it was an Optimizer issue. So the team assigned a technician to the ticket and arranged a site visit based on client's availability to resolve the issue.
The problem is located, the 2 panels that have turned black have an Optimizer issue which is reflected in the image towards the left side. The image on the right side shows the resolved status of the issue and the panels working optimally. This is communicated to the client and the ticket is closed.
